To hear how Khanisha is the daughter of a Black Panther father and a mother whose family invented Bubble Wrap, check out her ABOUT page. Her outrageous family history and her writing led her to develop work with:
K&L Productions (Kay Cannon & Laverne McKinnon)
Julie Hébert (The Man in the High Castle) and Electric Shepherd Productions (stewards for the adaptations of the Philip K. Dick library)
Her series Sancho (pictured left) is being produced by Max Arciniega (Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul) and Alonso Alvarez (Snowfall)
Probably Monsters (the video game company founded by the creators of Halo and Destiny)
Episodes (video game)
THEATRE
Chi-town trained, Khanisha came out of Second City and Steppenwolf. Thus the slapstick and heartbreak. Her solo show Joy Rebel, directed by Obie Award winner Lou Bellamy, received critical acclaim and was chosen as a DC Metro Staff favorite for 2019. Check out her acting page for the stellar reviews.
